Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Implement selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele base through proactive outreach, follow-up and clienteling activities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across offered menswear brands and collections.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and store teams to maximize sales opportunities via events and bespoke client experiences.
- Perform ad hoc store responsibilities as required to support operations and client service.
