Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to drive sales and foster long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals by applying appropriate selling behaviors and techniques.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of menswear assortments and new arrivals to provide expert styling advice.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and participate in store events to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support day-to-day store operations and perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed to ensure a premium client experience.

Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail, styling, or fashion coursework or certification is a plus.
