Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to luxury clients and cultivate long‑term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Implement established selling behaviours and consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales plans and KPIs.
- Proactively build and maintain a clientele base through outreach, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Maintain deep, current product knowledge of lingerie and intimates assortments to advise clients with authority.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities through consultative selling, trunk shows and in‑store events.
- Support store events, visual merchandising and ad hoc operational tasks to enhance the client experience across channels.
