Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to affluent clientele and exceed individual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
- Demonstrate and maintain deep product knowledge across offered jewelry brands and categories.
- Execute consultative selling techniques and collaborate with vendor partners to optimize sales opportunities and client events.
- Support store initiatives and perform ad hoc responsibilities to enhance the customer experience and store performance.
