Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a clientele base through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across represented brands and communicate benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and participate in in‑store events to maximise sales opportunities.
- Support store operations with ad hoc tasks as required to ensure a premium shopping environment.

Experience
