Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative client service to build long‑term client relationships and maximize sales.
- Execute appropriate selling behaviors to meet and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach and clienteling activities.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of handbags and related accessories and communicate brand stories effectively.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to plan and execute in‑store events and targeted client engagement initiatives.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards for the handbags category.
- Perform ad hoc store duties as required to support a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
