Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to luxury clientele and drive sales for the handbags category.
- Implement proven selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Build and maintain an active clientele through outreach, follow‑up and relationship management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of brands and collections within the handbags assortment.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities through consultative selling, in‑store events and client‑building initiatives.
