Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative client service to build long‑term relationships and a loyal clientele.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and contributing to store sales plans.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of luxury handbags and related accessories; advise clients on fit, features and styling.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales through coordinated events, trunk shows and promotional activities.
- Support store initiatives and perform ad hoc retail duties as required (merchandising, stock management and floor operations).
