Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to drive sales and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Implement consultative selling behaviors and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary clientele through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of handbags and accessories and stay current on brand assortments.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities via events, trunk shows and co‑sponsored client engagements.
- Support store initiatives and perform ad hoc responsibilities to enhance the customer experience and store performance.
