Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Implement consultative selling behaviors to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary clientele base through proactive outreach, clienteling and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across designer handbag assortments and related accessories to advise and educate clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and merchandising teams to maximize sales opportunities through trunk shows, events and promotions.
- Support visual merchandising standards and participate in ad hoc store responsibilities and events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales achievement and client development within retail, ideally in luxury or designer accessories.
- Demonstrable product knowledge and passion for fashion, specifically designer handbags and leather goods.
- Goal-driven with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets and elevating team performance.
- Dependable, adaptable and comfortable working retail hours including evenings and weekends for events.
