Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build long-term client relationships and increase repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and department sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and attendance at store events.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of handbags and related leather goods and communicate brand storytelling to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities and support promotional or trunk‑show events.
- Contribute to merchandising, inventory awareness and ad hoc store responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
