Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, individualized customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans and KPIs.
- Proactively build and maintain a personal clientele through outreach, follow-up and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of handbags and related accessories; translate product features into client-focused benefits.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and participate in store events to maximize sales and client acquisition opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc retail duties as required to support store operations and the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales performance with a client-focused approach and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Passion for and knowledge of fashion—specifically handbags and luxury accessories.

Experience
