Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-end clientele and drive sales of handbags and accessories.
- Implement consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of brands, collections and craftsmanship to advise clients authoritatively.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on events, trunk shows and client-building initiatives to maximise revenue.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ad hoc store duties as required for smooth retail operations.
- Work a part-time schedule and remain flexible to support peak trading hours and store events.
Qualifications
- Proven sales performance in retail, ideally within luxury or premium accessories.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management ability; demonstrated capacity to build repeat business.

Experience

Education

Compensation
