Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Implement consultative selling behaviors and consistently meet or exceed sales plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a client base through proactive outreach, follow-up and clienteling activities.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge across the store assortment to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities through events and joint initiatives.
- Support store operations and perform ad hoc responsibilities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
