Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships to grow repeat business and lifetime value.
- Implement consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele base through proactive outreach and personalised service.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across fine and fashion jewelry assortments and remain current on seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities through in-store events, trunk shows and joint clienteling.
- Support store merchandising, visual presentation and ad hoc operational tasks as required.

The successful candidate will be located in Bal Harbour, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 19 per hour.
