Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to high‑end clientele and build long‑term client relationships through active clienteling.
  • Implement consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed assigned sales plans and individual performance targets.
  • Develop and grow a consistent clientele base through proactive outreach, follow‑up, and relationship management.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of fine and fashion jewelry lines and communicate brand provenance and product features effectively to clients.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to create sales opportunities, coordinate in‑store events, trunk shows and client‑build initiatives.
  • Support store operations with ad hoc duties as required to ensure an elevated store experience.
