Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized customer service and represent designer sportswear brands with authority and style.
- Implement Saks selling behaviors to achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Proactively build and maintain a clientele through clienteling, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of designer sportswear assortments and convey brand stories to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to create and execute client events, trunk shows and promotional activities.
- Support store operations as needed, including merchandising standards, inventory awareness and transaction processing.
