Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build long-term client relationships and increase repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Cultivate and maintain a bespoke client base through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of designer assortments and continually update brand expertise.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales during events, trunk shows and promotional activities.
