Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative selling to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a growing clientele through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
- Stay current on product assortments and brand stories across contemporary and designer collections.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise selling opportunities via events, trunk shows and merchandising initiatives.
- Support store operations and ad hoc tasks as required during peak trading periods and events.
- Maintain weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) and flexibility to meet store scheduling needs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally within luxury or multi‑brand retail.
- Client‑focused mentality with strong relationship‑building skills and consultative selling capability.
