Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalized customer service and build long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business and increase sales volume.
- Implement recommended selling behaviors and consistently meet or exceed individual sales plans and targets.
- Develop and maintain an active clientele base through outreach, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge and communicate expertise to clients during consultative selling.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through in‑store events, trunk shows and client build activities.
- Perform ad hoc store responsibilities and support store operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven, demonstrable track record of retail sales success and client‑focused performance.
- Passion for fashion with strong product knowledge and the ability to act as a brand expert for clients.

Experience
Demonstrated success in luxury or department‑store retail sales with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base. Experience working with vendor partners and supporting in‑store events is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework or degree in fashion, merchandising or a related field is a plus.
