Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and cultivate lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and budgets.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary clientele through outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across represented brands to provide informed styling and purchasing guidance.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to maximise sales opportunities via in-store events and promotions.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management and ad hoc store responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, ideally within luxury, premium or fashion-driven environments.
- Strong clienteling and consultative selling capabilities, with demonstrated ability to build repeat business.
- Passion for fashion and product expertise; presents professionally and confidently to a discerning clientele.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively to elevate team performance.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Must be legally authorised to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of direct retail sales experience, preferably with luxury or premium brands, with documented achievement against sales targets and experience building a clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certifications in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
