Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to build long‑term client relationships and increase sales volume.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a private clientele through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Sustain deep, up‑to‑date product knowledge across offered designer brands to advise clients authoritatively.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and store teams to maximize sales opportunities via events and client outreach.
- Support ad hoc store operations and merchandising tasks as required to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success in luxury or premium retail environments.
