Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Implement consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Proactively build and maintain a clientele base through outreach, follow-up and clienteling.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of accessory assortments and fashion trends.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on client events, in‑store presentations and sales initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc store duties and contribute to team goals and visual merchandising as required.
Qualifications
- Proven sales aptitude with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets; luxury retail experience preferred.
