Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, routing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and manage payment processing
- Support omnichannel services including BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations coordination, and fitting room experiences
- Demonstrate diligent follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service requirements
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience by introducing ancillary services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package delivery, or concierge services
- Handle escalated issues graciously by connecting customers with management personnel
- Flex across different store areas and departments to meet business demands
Qualifications
