Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and support omnichannel fulfillment services including BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations coordination
- Serve flexibly across different store areas based on operational requirements and seasonal demand
- Handle escalated customer issues diplomatically by engaging management personnel
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on client requests, inquiries, and special needs
- Support fitting room operations and partner with the Operations team on alteration coordination
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance client experience through ancillary services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and package services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric or retail sales role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technology platforms
- Availability to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing or retail sales roles, with demonstrated success in product and service sales within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
