Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Serve across different store areas based on operational requirements
- Handle escalated customer issues graciously and escalate to management as appropriate
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS, Curbside pickup, and alterations services in partnership with Operations and management
- Assist with fitting room experiences as required
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance the client experience through services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to sell products and services effectively
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
