Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Support omnichannel fulfillment including BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences
- Identify and communicate ancillary services to clients such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and delivery options
- Handle escalated customer concerns by engaging management as needed
- Maintain flexibility in covering multiple store areas based on operational priorities
- Ensure follow-up on customer requests and inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing, sales-driven environments
- Proficiency with retail and mobile technology platforms
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
