Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Provide flexible support across different store areas according to business requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions
- Escalate customer concerns gracefully to management when needed
- Demonstrate attentiveness to customer requests, inquiries, and service needs
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup operations in partnership with operations team and managers
- Assist with fitting room experiences as needed
- Identify and introduce value-added services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or service experience with proven ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile technologies
- Ability to maintain flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or service experience with demonstrated success in sales and client engagement.
