Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for placement on the sales floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other store locations, or the distribution center
- Execute daily inventory control operations and reconciliation
- Implement merchandise price changes and updates as directed
- Enforce all safety protocols on the receiving dock and in all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or similar inventory management roles
- Proficiency with retail technology systems and mobile platforms
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
