Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service that cultivates long‑term client relationships and drives repeat business.
- Implement consultative selling behaviors and consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a dedicated clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Maintain deep, up‑to‑date product knowledge across assigned brands and categories to advise clients authoritatively.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to execute client events, trunk shows and other sales‑driving initiatives.
