Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, assessing their needs and transitioning them to appropriate associates
- Serve across different areas of the store based on operational requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions
- Escalate customer issues gracefully to management when needed
- Follow up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations services in coordination with operations teams
- Assist with fitting room experiences as required
- Identify and introduce clients to value-added services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
