Role & Responsibilities
- Implement selling behaviors and exceed sales plans in the Children's department
- Develop and maintain a committed clientele base through personalized service and relationship-building
- Master and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all brands and merchandise offered
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, store events, and client engagement initiatives
