Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Develop and maintain a clientele base through outreach, follow-up and in-store engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the brands carried and translate that expertise into compelling client recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities through events, trunk shows and coordinated promotions.
- Support ad hoc store functions and merchandising activities as required to preserve brand presentation and operational standards.

- Demonstrated success in retail or luxury sales with a client-focused approach.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Passion for and knowledge of fashion; ability to present merchandise as a subject-matter expert.

Skills
Experience
Proven retail or luxury sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships. Prior experience working with brand/vendor partners and participating in store events is advantageous.
