Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer returns and adjustments in accordance with company policy, including opening and closing the digital return register.
- Receive, sort and secure .com and in-store returns; maintain separation and organisation of online returns to preserve product integrity.
- Follow protocols for reconciling return reports and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain a neat, organized returns area and ensure product is secured to brand standards.
- Resolve internal and external customer issues related to returns and exchanges with professionalism.
- Support the daily operations of specialised work groups and perform ad hoc store tasks as directed by the Assistant General Manager, Operations.
Qualifications
- Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and experience using digital registers.
- Proficiency with Google tools and Microsoft Office applications; able to adapt to evolving store technology.
- Ability to lift and handle cartons, racks and carts of merchandise (lifting up to 15 pounds may be required).
- Dependable and flexible with the ability to work a variable schedule; strong attention to detail and organisational habits.

Experience
Previous retail, customer service, or store operations experience is preferred, particularly experience handling returns, exchanges or point-of-sale transactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
