Role & Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile customer returns, adjustments and related reports using the store's digital return register and POS systems.
- Receive, separate and secure .com and store returns; maintain product integrity and visual standards while ensuring accurate disposition.
- Open and close the digital return register and perform daily administrative tasks related to returns operations.
- Resolve customer and internal inquiries regarding returns and exchanges with professionalism and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean, organized back-of-house environment and adhere to store policies, loss-prevention and handling procedures.
- Assist assistant management and cross-functional teams with ad hoc operational tasks and inventory handling as required.
Qualifications
- Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to follow store policies and influence team adherence to procedures.
- Physically able to handle cartons, racks and carts of merchandise; lifting up to 15 pounds may be required.
- Flexible availability to work a schedule aligned with business needs and store hours.

Experience
Previous retail, customer-service or back-of-house returns experience is preferred; candidates with at least one year in a retail operations or reverse-logistics environment will be strongly considered.
