Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professionally sophisticated hospitality while managing table pacing and guest interactions with elegance
- Provide comprehensive menu knowledge including preparation methods, ingredients, culinary terminology, and dietary restriction management
- Execute technical beverage service procedures and offer tailored wine, beer, and spirit pairings based on guest preferences and menu offerings
- Perform all assigned pre-shift, post-shift, daily, and weekly side-work duties according to management specifications
