Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments, including POS transactions and merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling and manage gifting projects and experiences for top clients
- Maintain precise and current clientele information and customer relationship data
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence management
- Ensure proper stock management and timely return of unsold merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with technology and digital tools
- Demonstrated fashion retail experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules
