Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain exceptional one-to-one client relationships to grow an individual personal shopping business within the Fifth Avenue Club.
- Recruit new clients and expand existing accounts through Club events, appointments and proactive outreach.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling, clienteling and appointment-based service.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue's online clientele resource tools to record and maintain client profiles, preferences and purchase history.
- Source product for client appointments across multiple inventory networks, including Flagship stores, the digital “endless aisle,” and distribution centers.
- Perform basic alterations fittings with guidance from the Alterations Director and coordinate follow-up as required.
- Maintain a digital presence to attract and engage clientele, including content creation and social media selling.
- Serve as a community and brand ambassador on behalf of Saks Fifth Avenue and support ad-hoc initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in a commission-based selling model.
- Demonstrable experience with luxury fashion and lifestyle assortments.
- Established social media presence and ability to support business digitally through content creation.
- Experience planning and executing client events.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressive luxury retail sales experience with demonstrated success against sales targets, client development, and event-driven business generation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in fashion, marketing, business or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
