The part-time role includes client relationship development, member recruitment and retention through Club events, sales planning, and client recordkeeping.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual personal-shopping business by providing outstanding service in an exclusive space, establishing new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts, and growing overall Club sales volume.
- Adhere consistently to company standards and procedures.
- Build excellent client relationships to maintain a consistently high level of customer service.
- Use Club events to recruit new members, increase sales, and develop existing members.
- Share ideas with Club Directors to develop individual business opportunities and maximize sales against goals.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue’s online clientele resource tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
- Experience working with sales quotas and comfort meeting sales targets.
- Social media and technology savvy.
- Strong customer-service, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Able to gain trust quickly, communicate directly and diplomatically, listen well, exercise good timing, and secure cooperation with minimal disruption.
