Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain high-value client relationships through individualized service in the Fifth Avenue Club private shopping environment.
- Drive personal shopping sales by proactively recruiting clients, hosting Club events, and executing appointments to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Source merchandise across Saks’ inventory network — flagship stores, digital ‘endless aisle’ and distribution centers — to fulfill client requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and preferences using Saks’ online clienteling resources to support repeat business and personalized outreach.
- Create and maintain a digital presence to attract and engage clientele, including social media selling and content creation to support business growth.
- Perform basic alteration fittings with guidance from the Alterations Director and coordinate any ad hoc client requests.
- Act as a community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue and contribute ideas to maximize individual and team business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
- Proven experience working to sales quotas and comfort working in a commission-based selling model.
- Demonstrated familiarity with luxury fashion and lifestyle assortments and the ability to advise high-net-worth clientele.
- Established client network and active presence on multiple social media platforms, with the ability to create digital content that supports sales.
- Experience planning or executing client events.

Education
