Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for display on the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other store locations, or the distribution center
- Execute daily inventory control operations and cycle counting procedures
- Process merchandise price changes and promotional adjustments as directed
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout assigned work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics roles
- Proficiency with retail management systems and mobile technologies
- Ability to safely lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to perform standing, bending, climbing stairs, and repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in operations, warehouse logistics, or retail back-of-house functions, demonstrating proficiency in merchandise handling and inventory systems.
