Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store opening procedures including safe, controller, and register setup and report distribution
- Process daily cash entries, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and register/petty cash counts
- Resolve customer issues through investigation and tracking of payments, bills, and package processing
- Receive, verify, and book all jewelry inventory in accordance with company standards
- Process re-tickets, return-to-vendor shipments, transfers, and price changes following established procedures
- Maintain and reconcile case counts and merchandise entry into inventory systems
- Track repair logs for all vendor and local shop repairs and submit repair invoices
- Coordinate trunk show merchandise receipt, verify inventory, assist with setup/takedown, and document results
- Prepare and submit special order requests and Statements of Sale as required
- Monitor vault and safe contents for audit readiness and internal audit compliance
- Assist store managers and sales associates on the selling floor as needed
- Process fulfillment orders and execute ad hoc operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts
- Strong computer proficiency including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with store systems and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
