Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for placement on the selling floor.
- Place and present merchandise in accordance with visual and presentation standards.
- Maintain merchandising standards and perform floor recovery and supply replenishment.
- Locate and retrieve merchandise to fulfill customer requests and complete orders.
- Deliver prompt, professional customer service and respond quickly to customer needs.
- Participate in ad hoc store projects and cross-functional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise.
- Comfort maintaining visual merchandising standards and following placement direction.
- Proven ability to work a flexible schedule aligned to business needs and complete assigned tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle when required (per state rules).
- Proficiency using store technology including RF guns, PCs and mobile devices.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, stockroom or merchandising experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail and customer service orientation will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
