Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for placement on the selling floor.
- Execute placement and presentation standards to maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in store projects including floor recovery, supply replenishment and merchandise refills.
- Locate and retrieve requested merchandise to fulfil customer orders and complete in-store transactions.
- Deliver prompt, attentive customer service and escalate issues as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform ad hoc operational tasks to support daily merchandising, maintenance and fulfilment activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate ladders and manoeuvre racks and carts safely.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
- Proficient computer skills and comfort using handheld RF devices, PCs, iOS devices and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible availability to work schedules that align with store business needs and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, stockroom or merchandising experience preferred; familiarity with inventory systems and handheld RF devices is advantageous. Experience in a fast-paced, fashion-focused retail environment is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
