Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills, CA is hiring a Merchandise Operations Supervisor. Hourly $23.35–$29.19; lead merchandise processing, placement and fulfillment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, train and supervise the merchandise operations (MOA) team, including coaching, scheduling and day-to-day problem solving.
- Oversee inbound processing to Saks standards, merchandise placement on the selling floor, transfers, RTVs, price changes and event setup.
- Maintain back-of-house organization and ensure store readiness to support selling.
- Drive execution of MOA KPIs to support profitability and operational targets.
- Support omnichannel fulfillment by locating requested merchandise, maintaining dashboards and completing customer orders.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular review of inventory exception reports and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support other store initiatives as required, including floor recovery, replenishment and temporary merchandise coverage.

- Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to prioritize internal and external customer needs.
- Proven aptitude for real-time coaching and close partnership with store leadership and cross‑functional partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong multi-tasking capability and minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to influence team adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of visual merchandising standards and ability to retain and apply merchandising guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle face-to-face and telephone interactions professionally.
- Physical ability to lift cartons up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and handle racks and carts of merchandise.

Experience
Prior supervisory experience in merchandise operations, inventory or retail fulfillment preferred; experience in a fast‑paced retail or luxury environment and with omnichannel processes is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in retail management, business or related field preferred.
