Saks Fifth Avenue in Troy, MI seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate. Full-time onsite role. Hourly $17.05–$21.32.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and execute accurate placement and presentation on the selling floor according to visual standards.
- Maintain merchandising standards and perform floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc store projects as required.
- Locate merchandise within the store and complete customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Deliver prompt, polished customer service and respond quickly to client requests and needs.
- Operate material handling equipment (racks, carts) and assist with inventory movements; perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry cartons and merchandise up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders and handling racks and carts.
- Proven ability to maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, Excel, Word and proprietary retail platforms.
- Flexible availability to work a schedule aligned with store business needs and to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle when required (select doors only, per local policy).

Experience
Entry-level role; retail, stockroom or merchandising operations experience preferred (typically 1+ years). Experience with RF scanning and order fulfillment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
