Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and oversee placement and presentation on the selling floor in accordance with visual standards
- Locate requested merchandise and fulfill orders placed by customers while delivering excellent service
- Maintain merchandise placement, presentation, and floor recovery standards in compliance with company guidelines
- Participate in ad hoc store projects including fill-in merchandising, floor recovery, and supply replenishment as needed
- Utilize RF guns, point-of-sale systems, iOS devices, and proprietary platforms to process orders and manage inventory
- Work flexibly according to business scheduling needs and follow through on assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency with computer systems and retail technology, including RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary inventory platforms
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle in accordance with state regulations (select locations only)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse styles
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to follow through on assigned tasks

Experience
Previous retail or merchandise operations experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate comfort with fast-paced environments and a willingness to learn luxury retail operations procedures.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
