Saks Fifth Avenue in Palm Beach Gardens seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate to manage in-store processing, placement and fulfillment. Hourly $17.05–$21.32.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound shipments and execute accurate placement and presentation of merchandise on the selling floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and follow direction to uphold store presentation guidelines.
- Locate merchandise within the store and complete customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Support floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc store projects as business needs dictate.
- Deliver prompt, professional customer service and respond quickly to customer requests.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver cartons, racks and carts of merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
- Able to climb ladders and perform physically active stock-handling duties.
- Proficient with retail technology and basic office software; able to use RF guns, PC and iOS devices.
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules in line with store business needs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle as required (select doors only).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, merchandising or stockroom experience preferred, with demonstrated competence in inventory handling, order fulfillment and customer-facing support.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
