Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and oversee placement and presentation on the selling floor
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in compliance with company guidelines
- Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders with attention to detail
- Participate in floor recovery, supply replenishment, and other store initiatives during peak business periods
- Operate technology including RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, and proprietary systems to track merchandise
- Lift cartons and handle racks and carts of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
- Support inventory management and ensure merchandise is accessible and properly organized
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with retail technology including RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary platforms
- Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and floor presentation best practices
- Ability to work flexible schedules as required by business needs
- Valid driver's license (for select store locations requiring vehicle operation)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail operations, warehouse, or logistics environments is beneficial. Experience with merchandise handling, inventory systems, or visual merchandising standards is preferred but not required.
