Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and oversee placement and presentation on the selling floor
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and follow direction on presentation guidelines
- Locate requested merchandise and complete orders placed by customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Participate in floor recovery, supply replenishment, and merchandise fill-ins during peak business periods
- Operate proprietary platforms, RF guns, and point-of-sale technology as required
- Work flexible schedules as determined by business needs and maintain dependability standards
- Support additional store initiatives as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle cartons, climb ladders, and manage racks and carts of merchandise
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with RF guns, personal computers, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary platforms
- Ability to learn and retain merchandising and visual standards
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with high multitasking demands
- Valid driver's license with ability to drive company vehicles as needed (select locations)
- Flexible schedule availability and commitment to dependability standards
